1. Introduction

1.1 Athlott provides a platform for live-streaming grassroots and non-league sports matches.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, mobile app, and all associated services.

2. Key Definitions

“Platform”: Refers to the Athlott website, app, and related services.
“User”: Any individual accessing or using the platform.
“Content”: Includes live-streamed matches, videos, images, and other media hosted on the platform.
“Pay-Per-View (PPV)”: Single-event access purchased by users.
“Subscription”: Period-based access (monthly/yearly) to matches and related content.

3. Live-Stream Availability

3.1 Live-Stream Timing:

Live-streamed matches are available for viewing only during the scheduled event time.

3.2 Post-Match Availability:

After the match concludes, the live-stream recording will remain accessible on the platform for a period of one year from the date the match was played. Users who purchase access to a match through PPV or subscription can watch the replay during this period.

4. Payment and No Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Terms

Payments for PPV or subscription services are processed through secure payment gateways.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

4.2 No Refund Policy

Athlott operates a no refund policy for all purchases, including PPV and subscriptions.
Users will not be eligible for a refund if a match is cancelled or rescheduled.

4.3 Credits Instead of Refunds

In the event of a cancellation, users will receive platform credits equal to the amount paid for the cancelled event.
Credits can be applied to future matches or events but are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4.4 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following extreme cases:
- Verified platform errors preventing access to the live stream.
- Payment errors resulting in overcharges.

Refund requests for these circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the event by contacting support@athlott.com.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Users must:

Ensure a stable internet connection to access live streams.
Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.2 Users are prohibited from:
Recording, redistributing, or reselling any content from the platform.
Sharing account credentials with others.

6. Customer Engagement

6.1 Athlott aims to foster strong relationships with users through:

Exclusive discounts on future events for active users.
Priority access to new content or features.
Community-driven initiatives and engagement opportunities.

7. Match Cancellations and Rescheduling

7.1 If a match is cancelled:

Users will be notified promptly via email or app notifications.
Platform credits equal to the purchase amount will be issued.

7.2 If a match is rescheduled:

User access will automatically transfer to the new match date.
Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled matches.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the platform is the property of Athlott or its partners.
8.2 Users are granted a non-exclusive license to access and view content for personal use only.
8.3 Unauthorized use of platform content will result in account termination and possible legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Athlott strives to provide uninterrupted services but cannot guarantee uptime or error-free experiences.
9.2 Athlott is not liable for:

Losses resulting from user-related technical issues.
Third-party service failures (e.g., payment processors, network providers).

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
